Everyone here is a real former participant, filmed in their own words. They include clinicians, business owners, managers and students. None of them pretends it was effortless; one puts it plainly: “You need to do the work. It’s not a magic pill.”
The clips are grouped by what people talk about most: reading, decisions, follow through and the doubts they brought with them.

Start with these three: one on reading, one on decisions, one on what it takes.

“I’m leaving with a method now, an extra tool in my belt I can actually use across everything I do.”

“It’s not just about knowing things, it’s knowing how to put the knowledge you gain into action.”

“Coming from a business background, there was a lot of overlap outside the 3D reading technique that I’d definitely use.”
Several participants talk about what happened beyond reading. They mention planning, priorities, self-trust and how they respond when decisions feel loaded.

“It’s that realisation of where you are now, being present with it, and knowing where you want to go with your goals.”

“I think the biggest change is that I feel like the possibilities are now limitless”
“I’ve learned how to keep calm, how to focus, how to plan for the future, and to see where my priorities are.”
“I can see more clearly now what’s right for me, what isn’t, and what path I need to take.”
“There’s a big emphasis on researching for yourself, not just taking things at face value.”
“It’s been really changing my mindset.”
Many participants first talk about reading. They mention less strain, better recall and a different way of handling dense material.
See more clips“I found out that I can not only read fast, I can actually retain the information, which is phenomenal.”
“I’ve surprised myself: I already know what the theme of the whole book is.”
“I know now where I’ve put the information and when to retrieve it, I was able to answer with confidence and ease.”
“I’ve found new ways to relax, and new ways to stay focused.”
“I’ve got to grips with the idea of the whole book, I understand it, and I’m confident.”
“I read about 55 pages today, and as I’m reading, I’m understanding everything.”
People often mention recall first. Some also talk about reading faster, especially once they have a structure for the material.
“I read a chapter in about ten minutes now, with far better recall than when I read much more slowly.”
“I read seventeen pages of a very dense novel, and after discussing them, realised I’d retained practically all of it.”
“This morning I managed six or seven pages in ten minutes. This afternoon, I did ninety-four.”
These comments are about what people planned to keep practising after the residential days. They talk about small daily habits, follow through and the first actions they wanted to take home.

“I’ve now got a blueprint for how I can achieve it.”
“When you become more efficient and more productive in your work, it pays back quickly.”
“It’s the ‘no excuses’ part for me now, it’s all up to me.”
“I’m going to put into practice everything I’ve learned, I want to stay on this journey.”
“I no longer fear making mistakes. I’m willing to take the risk.”
“I’m going to use it to learn Italian, so next year I can actually speak it.”
Some of the most useful comments come from people who were unsure before they started.
See more clips“I know it’s expensive, but it’s worth the money. Worth the money.”
“I thought I was of an age where I’m already very set in my ways. This turned out to be an opportunity to change that.”
“I recognise you need to do the work. It’s not a magic pill.”
“If you’re expecting progress in one day, or magic without the hard work, this certainly isn’t for you.”
“The first day I really questioned it. I was using my rational mind: does this method work, or not?”
“I came in a little sceptical, but I had the proof at home.”
A Programme Conversation is a practical call with someone on the team. You can ask about the residential days, the method and whether the programme is the right fit. No pressure, and you get a short written summary afterwards so you can decide in your own time.
