03 · WHAT IS INCLUDED
What £4,160.00 covers, to the last detail.
The price is genuinely all-inclusive. Once your child is at the airport on Monday morning, there are no further costs for the duration of the programme.
Before the week, for parents
- A parents’ briefing call with the team to walk through the week, ask questions, and meet who is leading on the ground
- A pre-departure information pack with kit list, timings, dietary form, and emergency contact details
- A short orientation on the CYL method so parents can follow what their child will be doing, day by day
- A direct line to Diana in the weeks before departure for anything not covered above
Travel from the UK
- Return flights from a London airport to Milan, accompanied by Italian CYL staff on both legs
- Checked baggage allowance (20–23 kg) included in the flight
- Coach transfer Milan airport → Varzi on Monday afternoon, and Varzi → Milan airport on Sunday afternoon
- Handover to and from parents at the London airport at the start and end of the week
The week in Italy
- Six nights’ accommodation at Il Borgo del Monte Antico, a residential centre in Varzi (Pavia province), approximately two hours south of Milan
- All meals, prepared on site
- The full seven-day programme: Three-Dimensional Reading sessions, Presence Meditation, Qi Gong, workshops, evening activities
- All learning materials
After the programme
- Access to the CYL method app for guided practice and consolidation
- Access to the Meditation of Presence app
- A four-week structured consolidation period (approximately 30 minutes a day) with daily prompts
- Long–Term 1:1 tutoring with CYL instructors via Google Meet, at no additional cost, for as long as your child needs to use it — for exam preparation, revision, or to consolidate the method on new study/reading material
There are no upsells, and no additional modules to buy.
04 · PAYMENT
How payment works, step by step.
A £1,000 deposit secures your child’s place on the chosen edition. The remaining balance is payable in instalments — typically three monthly payments — with the full balance settled at least two weeks before the start of the programme.
Payment is made to The Bridge – TTMT SA (Switzerland), the legal operator of the programme. Several payment methods are accepted, including PayPal, Klarna, card, etc. Payment dates and confirmation of your place are sent by email before any transfer is made.
05 · IF SOMETHING CHANGES
If something changes, here is where to find it.
We try to make this section easy to find, because we know parents want to know it before they pay, not after.
If you need to cancel or move your child to a different edition, the terms depend on how far in advance you let us know. Diana will walk you through the specific terms before you pay the deposit, so there are no surprises.
In case of illness, family emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, we work with families case by case.
06 · WHO RUNS THE PROGRAMME
Who you are paying, and why it matters.
The programme is operated by The Bridge – TTMT SA, a Swiss company based in Poschiavo (UDI: CHE-208.340.707).
The Bridge has been running Change Your Life Academy programmes across Italy, the UK, France and Spain for over a decade, with more than 9,700 students through its editions to date. The 2026 International editions in Varzi are the company’s sixth year of running summer residential programmes specifically for international participants.

07 · THREE THINGS PARENTS ASK
Three questions parents ask, before they pay.
Is the price competitive for what's included?
The all-in price of £4,160.00 covers flights, transfers, six nights’ accommodation, all meals, the full programme, materials, the post-programme apps, and long-term tutoring. The closest UK comparison points are residential summer schools at British boarding schools, which typically range from £2,000 to £3,500 for a week without flights, accommodation in a school dormitory, and no follow-on support. We mention this not to make a case, but so you can do the comparison yourself.
Why does it cost what it costs?
Small group sizes — typically 40 students per edition — residential staff on site twenty-four hours a day, qualified instructors with backgrounds in psychology and education, return flights from London with staff accompaniment, and the post-programme tutoring that continues indefinitely. The price reflects what it actually costs to run the week well, not what the market will bear.
What happens if my child doesn't get on with it?
The pattern most parents describe is the same: resistance on days one and two, then a shift from day three onwards. We see this in nearly every edition. If, after the first three days, a participant genuinely cannot continue, we work with the family on the return journey.
