How does the method work?
What is the Tridimensional Reading method?
The Tridimensional Reading method is an innovative technique that improves comprehension and reading speed through the use of advanced strategies and specific tools.
What are the fields of application for the method?
Tridimensional Reading is a complete method that you can apply 360° in your life.
The ‘Change Your Life Kindle’ is a true path of awareness that allows you to understand how your mind works. Thanks to this knowledge, you can effectively apply the method to prepare for exams of any kind: mathematics, Latin, computer science, etc.
You can also study for your future career, develop hobbies or talents, such as music.
The method provides extremely in-depth knowledge, which is why it is chosen by students of all levels (middle schools, high schools, vocational institutes, etc.).
Furthermore, Tridimensional Reading is also suitable for learning languages and other complex subjects.
Can the method be used on all types of text?
Yes, the method can be used on any type of text: fiction, humanities, technical-scientific subjects, languages and music scores.
You can also use it with digital materials. During the course, the various ways to apply the method depending on the type of text will be explained.
How long does it take to learn the method?
To learn the Tridimensional Reading method, practice is needed; it usually takes about four weeks to acquire it fully.
You must first complete the entire Change Your Life Kindle and then do the consolidation exercises planned for the four weeks as indicated by the course teachers.
During Change Your Life Kindle, you will practise the method both with fiction books and with your school books so you understand exactly how it works.
In the following four weeks, you will need to read two or three books per week, committing about half an hour a day.
During this period, you will have a training portal and an app where you will find various contents, suggestions and videos to support you throughout the method consolidation period.
What’s more, you may request support from an expert tutor for any doubts, questions or help with applying the method to your specific needs.
This service has no additional cost.
How does the tutoring work?
After the course, you can request support from an expert tutor to answer questions, doubts and also to help you apply the method according to your specific needs.
The tutor will always try to plan the most suitable route for you and will support you by scheduling one-to-one online sessions in which you apply the method together.
Tutoring has no additional cost and you can get to know the tutors personally during Change Your Life Kindle.
Are there any prerequisites to learn the method?
No, you do not need any specific skills to take part in the course and age does not affect the acquisition of the method.
If you experience difficulties with studying, do not have a great memory or simply realise you do not have an effective study method, do not worry.
The Tridimensional Reading Method is nothing like your old study method.
During the training, the teachers will teach you all the techniques you need to master the method.
For your questions, just remember the tutors will always be there to support you in the consolidation phase so you can apply it successfully wherever you wish.

Information about the experience
Is there a course for adults and a course for young people?
Yes, we have created two separate courses: Change Your Life Masterclass (from 18 years onwards) and Change Your Life Kindle (for young people aged 10 to 17).
Minors cannot take part in the adult course as they have different speeds and needs compared to adults.
Even if underage participants wish to join the adult course, we cannot admit them until their 18th birthday.
How is the Change Your Life Kindle structured?
Change Your Life Kindle consists of six days of residential training, almost always from Tuesday to Sunday.
On the first day, participants arrive by 10:15 and activities begin at 10:30 with a presentation to parents and young people; the final day finishes between 10:30 and 12:00.
During the first three days, you will learn the method’s stages and in the following days you will apply it to your school books to grasp exactly how it works.
To fully master the method so you understand and remember what you read, you need to keep applying it regularly for the next four weeks, with about half an hour’s commitment each day.
Our calendar always features the latest dates and locations.
What is the average age of participants? And their course of study?
Groups range from ages 10 to 17. We form balanced groups regarding gender and age, so there are always five to ten young people of your child’s age in each group.
For study sessions, participants from middle and high schools are separated to meet their different needs.
Which materials should I bring?
During the six days, you will need: two fiction or similar books (preferably never read before) of around 150–250 pages each and three school books.
It is advisable to start with easy books, then increase the level as you gain practice, so don’t bring technical manuals, but more narrative subjects like fiction, history, science and so on.
If taking part in Change Your Life Kindle in summer, try to source books for the following academic year, perhaps borrowing from a friend.
It is highly recommended to choose something that you like and find interesting, as reading will be easier and more enjoyable.
Also, bring whatever you need for the six days’ residency.
To help, we have created a materials list sent out after registration.
You will also be provided with handouts covering all stages of the method, but you can bring your own notebook to note points of personal interest, as this is not just a Reading Method but a genuine awareness journey.
Can I do this experience online?
No, Change Your Life Kindle cannot be done online.
To acquire the Tridimensional Reading method effectively, you must be supervised directly by teachers.
This is an almost exclusively practical course with many exercises, where teachers need to check that you complete each step correctly; this is only possible if you are present in the classroom. Teachers do not run individual courses.
Which documents should I bring?
Once your registration has been confirmed by payment, you will receive an online form including authorisation for the experience, insurance documents and privacy information.
The form will also collect data about the young people and any dietary or medical needs.
What should I do if my child has particular dietary, health or psychological needs?
You will be asked to let us know as soon as possible about any dietary, health or psychological needs your child may have.
The kitchen can cater to various food intolerances except for cases of coeliac disease.
Unfortunately, we are not set up to cook with total absence of the risk of contamination.
For medical needs, participants must be completely self-sufficient in managing their situations.
We cannot intervene medically except to offer first aid in an emergency.
For any psychological or behavioural needs, please notify us in advance so we can establish if the experience is appropriate for your situation. We reserve the right not to accept young people whose behaviour could jeopardise their own or others’ safety.
For any needs, please contact our Call Centre.

The objective of Change Your Life Kindle is not just to teach young people the Tridimensional Reading method, but also to inspire a passion for study, helping them begin building their future.

Respecting these three simple rules ensures the success of the experience.

Yes, participants may have their phones to contact their parents whenever they wish.
We just ask that they do not use them in study sessions unless necessary.
